I wanted to make a comment about INL. I can understand why there is a need for I&L.

They might have amount of time required for football, the travel, the practice, the games, and so forth.

But I have a suggestion, that's to put a cap on NIL payment, X dollars, and it would be the same for all

players. This would be equivalent to academic scholarships in a certain sense. The result then would

be that there would be not any money that was different from school to school. So there's no incentive to get more money to go a different school because you're

probably going to get to max a good player at your current school.
