We just spent about 10 minutes talking about what the heck the Seahawks can do at running back.

You were looking at Rashad White, former Tampa Bay Buccaneers, signing with Seattle. Instead, he lands with the commanders. That report from ESPN's Adam Schaefter. So who's left? You said, look, there's still Brian Robinson, Jr. There's a draft, obviously. Only four picks, you'd think that Seattle would end up taking one of those guys a little bit later.

It's not an exceptional running back class, though, of course, that doesn't mean that you can't

find exceptional talent.

What if, though, the answer is not to sign a free agent and not to turn entirely to what

you have in-house, but to trade.

What we're going to do here is cover four

players that have been either linked to Seattle as a potential trade target or have been rumored to

be on the trade block. Could they be a fit for Seattle? And I'm going to start with running back.

And I'm looking at Alvin Kamara. Would a trade for Alvin Kamara be the move that not only shores up that running back room,

but gets Seattle back to a Super Bowl?

I love the talent.

My only question would be for what price?

You know, we just let K9 go

because we felt like the,

the hit would be too much.

And my thing is like, what is he valued at?

Right now, well, at least in 2026,

he scheduled this cap hit about $10 million.
