poor roger's ego was crushed as you know and i he gets mad every time we bring up what

happened when he came on the show play the sound almost for him every time, which is tough too. I mean, just the dry mouth, the panic. We brought poor Roger from Tacoma, who's a great caller. Awesome guy. Top five listener, period, end of story. He's great. And he's been calling and everything else since forever. Maybe he'll call us at 930 today for open open phones. But he came into studio one day and he just, he panicked, he froze. It was a, it was rough. Dry throat. Dry mouth. Very nervous. Yeah, it was the sound that it made. It's so funny. But Roger sends emails sometimes. He sent a great one to both of us yesterday. I enjoyed this.

Like he's like one to mom, one to dad. Like we're not going to check with each other. Roger, we're friends. You can just send it to both of us. That's right. What a horrible decision by the NFL to put the Hawks versus the Patriots on opening night. First of all, you're taking all of the shine away from the Seahawks because Vrable and Rossini are going to be front and center and not the Hawks.

That's a really good point from our perspective here in Seattle. The NFL doesn't care about that.

But okay. Secondly, no one wants to see that rematch. This game absolutely should have been Hawks versus Rams.

You had plenty of choices between the Chargers, Raiders, Cardinals, and even Broncos all on or close to the West Coast for flight purposes.

And then he goes on and says essentially more evidence proving how little regard the league has for the Seattle Seahawks.

Generally, they do a big time conference rematch for the opening game.
