I don't mean to like tell tales out of school, but she was pretty shocked when I told her what you had said.

She couldn't believe you're rooting for the Yankees.

She was like, wait, what?

I was like, yeah, Brock's rooting for the Yankees, so was Lyle.

She's like, like, she couldn't comprehend what would make a person do that who was of sane mind.

And I was like, well, you know, it has to do with payroll and this and

now. She's like, wait, he's rooting for the team that's trying to buy a championship?

And I was like, yeah, that's kind of what I said, but the world has kind of changed in the last few years.

And now, you know, people in Seattle are so consumed with the anger and ownership, which, by the way,

I get, that they've made some very odd decisions where they're rooting for teams like the Yankees.
