They actually rent the vehicle

on the plates and the cost to be as high as about $4,000 a month. So a lot of these guys pretty

much have to drive 60 to 70 hours a week to break even and profit a bit. What do you mean

they're renting cars for $4,000 a month?

So in this city, you need the TLC plates.

Okay.

And right now, they haven't given any of them out in about four years,

unless you have a wheelchair van.

So people rent out the vehicle, these companies owned a vehicles that had the license plates.

Wow.

And they cover the expenses of the maintenance and the insurance.

So they charge drivers, you know, about $1,500 a week or, you know.
