Initially, when they're doing all the writing

and coming up with the jokes, it's a lot longer.

And then what they'll do, they'll find tiny little venues.

And then the venues that are real small,

and they'll go do a set, they'll go do a comedy set in that venue.

And they're testing jokes.

That's what they're doing.

You're the test subjects.

When you're writing a joke, you don't know what's gonna land

and what's not gonna land.
