Always, always, always, always keep in mind something we talk about a lot.

Decline. Disgusting environments. Homeless, drugs, crime, homicides, thievery.

These are conscious choices society makes.

These problems are solvable problems. And we know this because

they have been solved time in time and time again, not just in present day throughout the

history of mankind. Some of the dirtiest, most dangerous places in the world have been cleaned up like that.

And it's easy.

You know, they always try to convince us that criminal justice, crime and punishment can be very confusing, can it?

It's hard.
