But I hear very few people talking about what I think is the best defense for Trump that could lead to these charges being tossed and it is this.

And I want to bring this home for everybody.

Buck, I have set around conference room tables with room full of lawyers before.

As all the lawyers debate, hey, what's the best defense here?

How could we file a lawsuit on this angle?

What's the most compelling? And I'll give you a fun story.

When I was a young attorney, we were filing a lawsuit on behalf of a ambulatory care center, if I remember correctly.

And it was basically what services they were allowed to argue.

And I remember I looked into and read everything that I could about this because they wanted me to draft the lawsuit that was filed to allow this hospital, this ambulatory center to be able to do more procedures.

And I wrote what I thought was an incredibly compelling lawsuit.

And I took it to the managing, not the managing partner, the name partner, right?

The partner's name that's on the law firm.

And I made out my case and I laid it out.

I was 25, you know, you're full of, you think you're the most brilliant lawyer who's ever existed.

I made my whole case.

And I remember his response.

And his response was, that's aggressive.

That is interesting in theory.
