I am good. How are you guys doing? We are good. We're having the conversation that everyone has

about baseball in April and for that matter, most of May where you just just go, it's early, but, and then you say like a critique about your team.

So I wanted to ask you to start about the Mariners offense, probably by far the most heavily critique part of this team to start the season.

And I think it's just because expectations were so high,

and we just keep having to say it's early. What have you seen from them so far?

Yeah, I'll be honest. This has been a critique, I think, of them for as long as I can remember,

but especially the last few years, especially with some successes,

the, the offense can get a little bit anemic at times and, uh, streaky. Streaky is the word I like to use because it's, it's, the producers in this lineup tend to be streaky, uh, namely, you know, Cal Raleigh and Luguez. When they're hot, they are the best hitters on the game, and when they are cold,

they are the opposite.

So I think that's something we are seeing. A big reason I was, I had high expectations coming out of the gate here was the addition

of Brendan Donovan being very much a not streaky hitter and very consistent.

And then Josh Naylor being very similar, flanking those two guys.

That was the thing that was different for me going into the season.

And it just hasn't kind of coalesced and shown up in increased production.

There's still all of these like, just like last night, like four to one, three to one.
