It has been a long time since the Mets and the Yankees have won games.

It's kind of crazy.

The Yankees won a game 1-0 against the Kansas City Royals.

That's the last time they won.

The Mets won a game that they came very close to imploding and blowing against the Washington Nationals.

On a weekday afternoon, that's the last time they won a game.

It has been nine consecutive Mets and Yankee games that have resulted

in losses. And hopefully that changes tonight. The Mets playing game two up in Atlanta. The Yankees

playing game three against the Angels. There was a report earlier today that turned out to not

be true that the Yankees had a player's only meeting. Aaron Boone has said that did not happen.

And for whatever reason, that's concerning Sean Morash.

That would have made you feel better if there was a player's meeting.

I just want to be clear.

It's not like I left last night thinking this team needs a player's only meeting,

but when I did see the report a couple hours ago, my immediate reaction was,

there you go, Judge.

What do you think it would have accomplished?

All right. Obviously, this is where I raised my hand.

I've never been in a locker room.

But at least it would just be an acknowledgement to me that the leaders on this team know that this isn't good enough right now.

Let's calm the waters.

Let's bring everybody in just from an outside far. Who knows what could have been said in there or whatever.
