Stephen Miller, the man himself with us.

He is senior, was senior advisor, although I feel like he still is,

the President Trump, and founder of the America First Legal Foundation and an expert on all

things, border immigration related. Stephen, as you know, biggest story in the country

right now, bigger focus than the primary or even

the general election, although it certainly plays into the general election in a major

way, is what's happening at the southern border.

First up, the Biden administration, it feels like they're caught between Iraq and a hard

place because they can either clear out the razor wire

and show everybody that they're the welcoming committee for illegals, or they can back down

and let Texas actually defend the state.

How do you see it playing out and what should happen here?

Well, thank you, first of all, for that introduction.

And as I'm sure your audience has heard by now, but just to recap, Texas invoked the Article 1, Section 10 provision allowing the state to defend itself based on Biden's violating Article 4, Section 4, which requires the federal

government to protect states against invasion.

So in other words, as part of joining the Union of States, the federal government agrees

to protect you from invasion.

If they don't, then you get to protect you from invasion.
