We are rolling through the ongoing chaos.

I had a bit of a revelation to start the show in case you missed it.

I might be interested in some of the real estate available on Buck Island as I feel like

every single shot almost has been fired at Joe Biden and Biden has basically said,

I'm the nominee, you can't make me leave.

And I've been thinking a lot about what the next step would be.

I thought yesterday, Buck, the New York Times covering that a guy who was a Parkinson's expert

had visited the White House eight times would have kicked up more of a hornet's nest than it did.

Instead, yes, it was kind of a mess, but it was almost like, yeah, everybody just said, yeah, we know he's got dementia.

Yeah, we know his brain's not working. He's still not willing to leave.

And so I have a thesis for you. And I'm curious if

you would buy this. And I hinted at it in the first hour. The only two people in America

leaving aside Jill Biden and Hunter Biden, who it seems quite clear, are going to say no matter

what, that their dad or

their husband needs to stay in a position of power. The only two other people in America who

have the power to potentially dislodge Biden are Barack Obama and Bill Clinton. Two-term former Democrat presidents of the United States,

who have thus far stayed in the Biden camp.

But I would submit to you that maybe just possibly there is a toe being put in the water
