| 1:34.4 | stuff. This is broken windows theory 101. The Metro Transit Authority, which is the the body that |
| 1:41.6 | runs subways, trains, buses, etc. for New York City, has revealed to Clay that it lost. This just |
| 1:52.2 | came out $690 million to fair evasion last year as in turn style jumping or people just going on |
| 2:03.3 | a bus and the bus driver's not going to do anything. If you get on a bus and you just refuse to pay |
| 2:09.2 | and you know what happens, that just creates a situation where people do it more and more. |
| 2:17.8 | The MTA says a third of bus driver bus riders, wow a third. |
| 2:24.9 | Holy that's not even that's even higher than I thought I'd read that as a different. |
