So I was talking to people yesterday, and a lot of people in my family don't like sports.

So like my wife called, she went out with her cousin, Dana, and they went to a restaurant, and she's calling about the Super Bowl. Oh, my God, that's amazing. And, you know, she's getting all excited, but she didn't really like sports and kind of has a vague understanding of it. Kind of sort of. New Stafford was in Detroit, blah, blah, blah. And so people ask, you know, why is L.A.

right now, all the sports doing well? Because really, it is. Like everything here wins.

The L.A. Kings are like the one team not winning, but they're super, super young and talented.

They're just too young. But a lot of it I said is it's reality is Los Angeles.

In 2022, you can live anywhere in the country because of the Zoom culture.

There's never been more money for athletes.

They're not sitting around there worried about tax rates.

You can make so much more money here than in Cincinnati or Cleveland.

I mean, look at OBJ's brand since he arrived in L.I. It's been reborn. I mean, as great as LeBron was, he doubled his net worth in four years living in Los

Angeles. He's got billionaires lined up one of new deals with him. So part of it is as sports

get bigger and bigger and bigger, athletes can make more and more and more.

And being in Los Angeles, not having to fly in and hold meetings, being in Los Angeles,

next to your agent, next to the company's huge financial advantage that you can't get flying in town occasionally.
