I want to start a big picture with the Big 12 and what the mood is around the conference. Because I felt like this time last year, Pete, there was a real sense that the Big 12 was in danger of becoming a distant fourth in the conference hierarchy. And they were fighting for, you know, they were talking about not only fighting for relevance, but talking about private equity money and all that stuff. And now it seems like they've got their swagger

back a little bit. And part of that is just how your mark has been able to navigate this.
