Now, we mentioned this kind of half-jokingly earlier, but if you're a young football fan in New York, and you're watching the Giants and the Jets, I mean, what an indoctrination to the sport.

It's not the sport that you know and love.

It's not great football.

It's pathetic.

They can't get out of their own way.

And it's as bad as it's ever been going back to when I was a kid.

My first memory of football is at 1975.

So I'm 56 years old. And you always wonder,

like, why in New York are there so many cowboy fans and Steeler fans and Raider fans?

Because those were the teams that were good in the 70s when the Jets and Giants were God

awful. And so they were the ones that were on in the 70s when the Jets and Giants were god awful.

And so they were the ones that were on Monday night football and they got a little exposure around the national landscape so you were able to watch their games before there was

direct TV, before there was the Sunday ticket and all that.

We're getting to that point, Michael.

What was it like from like from 75 to?

But probably even before that, 75, the Giants didn't make the playoffs from 1964 to 1981.
