We just heard from Rizzo.

What were your takeaways from the Rizzo conversation?

Well, I'll just tell you just how crazy concussions are, right? It's not an exact science, not everybody is treated the same way, but it just sounds like it's been a horror show for him.

Not having the traditional symptoms, just not remembering how to hit, basically.

But Brian Hoke tweeted, the Yankees said that Rizzo mentioned the fogginess at the end of the Oreo series when he went 0 for 5 with 5 strikeouts. We'll remember that game.

He still played the next two games versus Tampa.

So, that doesn't look good. That does not look good at all, that guy can't hit, strikes out 5 consecutive times, says to you, I'm feeling fogginess, and he plays the next two games.

But that's not a good look, and it's not a good optic as Michael would like to say.

So, when you start looking at all of what Rizzo said, the Yankees had any appetite to find out what was going on.

When he reported fogginess and still was in the lineup against Tampa the next two games.

Why?

That's what I need to know. Why did he play in those two games if he's if he reported fogginess and you have all that information.

Basically, since he hit his head on to tease his leg, which is on the 28th.

And if you remember, again, I don't want to relate everything to Metzing Yankees, but you weren't here, Peter.

Brian Church suffered a concussion and flew to Colorado, and that became the big deal.

They damaged him. They didn't diagnose the concussion. He flew across the country.

After he suffered that, I guess, a concussion that they went undiagnosed, he flew to Seattle.

So, I don't know if it's anybody's fault they didn't diagnose it. These are good doctors, neurologists, major league baseball.
