We have talked about it a couple of times today.

Ben Scully passed away last night, 94 years old, the voice of Southern California baseball.

And at one time was at the network. He passed.

I wanted to be a baseball announcer as a kid.

So hit me hard last night, very emotional today.

But what a life he lived.

Born in the 20s, in the Bronx.

He moved with a baseball team out west and was the voice of several generations. He really tied a lot of people together.

And kind of, I think we talked about this, he was not only the conscience of sort of baseball

forever, but sort of of Southern California. If Vinny was on the air, everything was okay.
