All right, the NBA lost a lot of revenue during the bubble. I called it the, you know,

In December, it would be in December some year with pool play, and there would be a million dollar payout.

The question is, will it get the votes?

All of a sudden, there's this renewed momentum for the creation of a future in-season NBA tournament that would include the league's all 30 teams.

Now, they've been discussing elements of this, which could become part of the calendar as soon as the 22-23 season.

It could spill into the year after that, but negotiations, they've centered on sort of this in-season

tournament that would begin with pool play as part of the regular season schedule prior to the

teams with the best records that would then advance to an eight-team single-elimination tournament
