We are scheduled to talk about the Fifth Circuit decision that dropped on Friday evening dealing with the First Amendment and the Biden administration's censorship of many different individuals there through their relationship with big tech companies.

I think this could end up being the most consequential

First Amendment case of the 21st century.

Maybe, maybe, the most consequential First Amendment case

since New York Times v. Sullivan.

I mean, that is a possibility,

depending on what the Supreme Court decides to do.

But you'll remember Judge Dowdy

with the July 4th opinion that he held

for that date, the district court judge from the state of Louisiana. That opinion was upheld

in most parts, and we'll discuss that with the Attorney General of Missouri Bailey. I believe we are scheduled to be joined by him in about a half hour.

But, Buck, I wanted to bring up this with you, and we teased it off the top of the show today.

This was a front page New York Times Sunday story.

And for those of you out there who don't pay a lot of attention to newspapers,

I love looking at what the focal points are for things like front page Sunday newspapers,

which are these stories that the New York Times plans for weeks and thinks this is a really important story.
