I read your column today in USA Today.

I mean, I had heard some of this stuff,

but I didn't realize to the degree you're talking about Texas having finally played an SEC road game of course at Vanderbilt.

Good afternoon welcome back and tell us what you've heard from other people around the SEC about this utterly bizarre Texas schedule.

Paul, thanks for having me. I appreciate it. Let me ask you something, you and I, we've been doing this for a while now, right?

Can you ever remember a time when an SEC team played its first road game the last week of October?

No.

Right.

And these are can any of the other longtime coaches in the league.

And that's kind of the, you know, the whole rub with Texas when they were in the big 12

was that they ran the league, did whatever they wanted,

and the league bowed to them.

And there's more than a handful of not only AEDs, but coaches as well, who more coaches than

AEDs actually believe that Texas already starting to get the benefit of the doubt.

Not only did they not have a true road game until the 25th, you know, they have a neutral site game in Dallas.
