grand jury, that's kind of the whole point, right? The whole point is the grand jury votes

and decides, yes, you are indicted. It's not a good look to say here is the indictment

against this person in advance of whether they should be indicted even in the first place

because a grand jury has said so. It does seem right now that that was a quite an oopsie moment.

And that the top count as I had suspected is a it's a it's a Georgia state rico or

racketeering related charge. Effectively, that becomes the umbrella charge for all the false

documents and the this and the nothing else, right? That's and they lay out a lot of those.

There's a lot of replication or repetition of specific counts and all this.

And we're going to continue to watch this right now. We don't want to get too deep

down the rabbit hole. The analysis on this because Clay, assuming the grand jury has

voted, maybe the grand jury hasn't indicted or won't even indict on all of these counts or we

don't know. But he's got breaking. He's got clay breaking.

No, no, I just think that look, this is potentially buck. Now let's let's give some some we

don't know to there's not been a statement issued by Fulton County grand jury or Fannie

Willis who was conducting this investigation. So there's several potential ideas here.

What could have happened buck is maybe they've already voted for the grand jury indictments

and they are holding them until they are releasing them at a specific time today, for instance,
