I have no problem with coming to Athens, you know, football, good food, music. I'm going to go see a show tonight. So I check in all the boxes this weekend down here. Yeah, I didn't realize what the gig was tonight. That's not a bad combination. No, I mean howl, howl, howl, yeah, no, it's a good. I enjoy all three of those bands. You put those guys together. I'm looking forward to it. That's great. Well, we'll leave the music to experts. So we'll talk football. So as you get ready for this game, what are you seeing on your board? I'm seeing Texas finally hitting their stride, finding the last game

and a half like the number one team we thought they could be. And that has to do with Manning. I know

Manning's always a topic of conversation. He's always bashed. He's always scrutinized. But I think if

if you're looking at the last four games, certainly Kirby Smart today, you know, sees what a lot of people

see, a quarterback who is growing, getting more

comfortable. They're calling a smarter game for him. And a lot more short passes behind the line

of scrimmage, getting him out of the pocket. He's been harder to contain the last four games.

Now, I know Kirk believes that that's well and good, but in this environment against this

defense, it's a much bigger test than he's faced. So he may not build on that success, but I think people who wrote him off, who called him the biggest bust in history. That's just a, that's a ludicrous take. I mean, it really is. I mean, if you understand the kind of offense he runs and what's on his platter, it was always going to be tough for him as a first year starter.

He's having growing pains now the way guys go to the NFL have growing pains.
