I said earlier on the show that I'm increasingly of the opinion that Jack Smith is not going to get his trial in in Washington, D.C., related to Jan 6 before the election,

because I think the Supreme Court is going to have to weigh in on a variety of these charges.

How would you assess the timeline?

I think you have tweeted as well that there's no way the early March trial date is happening. Where are we now on these

trials? Hey guys, thanks for having me on. Happy day of Fed's Direction Day. If you're on Australia,

it might already be Fed's Direction Day there. I'm not sure. It is. It's January 6th already in Australia right now.

All right. Well, celebrate accordingly.

Watch out for the FBI informants lurking around.
