scintillating six-five victory, a clutch home run with one out in the bottom of ninth inning

by Aaron Judge, and then a sack fly in the bottom of the tenth inning by Anthony Volpe,

the Yankees one there, fourth walkoff of the year, fifth straight win, which is a season high,

and I just want to, I want to give you a stat everybody to tell you how quickly things could

change. So we go back 15 days ago, 15 days to May 19th, or May 9th, right? 15 days ago,

May 9th, today's May 24th. The Yankees were 10 games out. Since then, since Aaron Judge's

return, they're 11 and three, and Tampa Bay is six and eight. Now, they're five games out.

So that's why you got to let it cook a little bit in baseball. Now, I wanted to ask Don this.

So the Yankees started 15 and 15, and they're 15 and five in the last 20 games. So that makes

them 30 and 20 over 50 games. They are on pace, Donald, without going into any overdrive,

they're on pace to win 97 games. In your humble opinion, does that win the American legies?

Yes. 99 won it last year. Yep. And the raise were every bit as hot as the Yankees were at the

start of the season, right? I mean, and yet you saw that tail off. But it still got them to 99.

It was enough to win the division. I believe going away. I don't think they're really ever threatened.

I'd have to take a look and see exactly. At the beginning of September, it got tough, but yeah,

but it wasn't, it wasn't anything they sweated. I think it'll be enough. But I think it'll be a lot

closer than last year. I don't think they're going to run over. They might have to overtake somebody

late. I think it's going to come down late where you're going to see, you know, they get 97. Tampa's

got 96. Baltimore's got 94. Tampa, Toronto could be heard from again. I think it could be a real
