You know, I know I got to mention this, unfortunately, for the Jet family.

A longtime PR man, Frank Ramos, unfortunately, his life came to an end.

I believe it was 89 years old.

And he started way back when he's been a part of the Jet Organization for like 39 years.

He was there when I was there.

He was always a gentleman, always made sure that the beat riders got what they needed,

always made sure that I was available,

would always ask what of his lieutenants, maybe it be Doug Miller or Frank himself would come

to me and say, okay, this is, you know, what they're going to be asking you about and would

really go out of his way to make sure that everybody got what they wanted. Nobody was ever

embarrassed. And everybody appreciated his professionalism

and interesting reading uh rich samini's obit on esPN dot com this morning you know roger goddell

got his start in the nfl as an intern under frank ramos as a PR person. Wow. How about that?

Think about that for a second.

And obviously he's probably most notable because he was with Joe Namath when Joe Namath made the

guarantee about beating the Colts in the Super Bowl.

Wow.

And Frank has seen it all.
