I'm doing the game tonight on Yes with Joe Jordi now if you haven't heard

Joe yet on the yes network I don't mean to embarrass him I'd be hard-pressed to find a

better analyst in all of the game of baseball.

Nationally on any other team he's that great. I sit there and I'm learning stuff

from him when he breaks stuff down so it's been a joy doing the games with him and he's doing it with

uh... with me this weekend and he joins us now joe it's michael

and peter how you doing

well i am good guys michael thanks you're embarrassing me but that's okay so I appreciate all

the compliments now you got it so let me let me ask that's not that's not just

Michael you know doing what he does you really have been a terrific addition i i've been enjoying

you joe even me all right so did the Yankees turn a corner winning five of six

did something click there that had been missing for the previous 35 games?

Well I think it was a combination of a lot of things. I think number one and they were

scoring a lot of runs before but all the sudden people other

than Soto and Judge really start doing some damage and that's why they got such

big run output I also thought the starting pitching was better for the most part.

The bullpen did a pretty good job and I do think they turned the corner. I think they went

through some difficult times.
