It is great to have all of you here, and we hear the conversation about NIL and all the time. You also hear conversations about U-Sports. But really, to the two combined. You may have seen some of the work done by Jake Sinterman on a more perfect union, but it's pretty stunning stuff. Jake, first of all, thank you for making time.

No, thanks for having me and, you know, talking about this topic.

Yeah, in the world we talk about so often, private equity is obviously trying to rear its head in college sports and everything else.

But when we heard about what you were up to, it was pretty shocking to think that one of the rare

and most precious parts of society, youth sports, is now being infants.

I'll just get out of your way and let you take it from the top.

Yeah, I mean, I'm shocked too because, you know, I'm in my 30s and it just seems like things

have changed so much.

Since 2019, the cost of putting a kid in youth sports has risen 46%.

And, you know, perhaps even more startling, if your family makes under $100,000,

you're half as likely to have a kid in sports nowadays.

So there's real barriers to getting kids in sports, particularly from lower income families.
