I met my wife when I was 18 she was 21 I'm 53 so do the math we've been together

for 34 going on 35 years and for years and for years she now just doesn't even discuss it anymore.

But if I had to be up at 4.30 in the morning for a morning show, I would set the alarm for 4 and I would wake up and then I would,

or I'd hit the snooze button or I'd reset the alarm and I'd keep doing that each time I would and

she'd say why don't you just sleep until a 4.30 and I'd say because you don't understand, but that 30 minutes I

get when I'm half awake, that's stolen. That's Lanyap. The good folk from Louisiana know what Lanyap is. That's that extra bit.

That's the cream. And she never has understood it, but she just accepts it now.

So this hour for me is the Lanyup.

This is the hour I didn't expect to have,

because I looked at the wrong clock on my system and I

announced that we were done at the end of the last hour but I goofed and and the

team here has been very patient with me so this is is a bonus hour. This is fantastic. You know, like when you

marry and friends of mine have done this, you marry a woman and she's got, she doesn't just have kids,

she has kids that you adore. That's why they call them bonus kids, and you're really excited about it.

Or, you know, I loved my now late father-in-law, my wife's dad.

So I got a whole extra father figure in my life.

So this is that hour for me and I don't know if you're

as giddy about it as I am but let's get to it shall we it is and I truly

believe and I encourage you when the show is over today, to spend a little

I truly believe time with yourself.
