I know we got some colors on the line.

I want to add another Supreme Court ruling of last week of great import to the mix.

And then we'll get to your calls that related to a subject that the Supreme

Court has been dealing with with regard to university admissions in earnest going

back to 1978 in what came to be known as the Bucky case, the AKKE,

where a white man in his 30s had an MCAT, which is their standard score above the,

the number of minority students,

in fact, all the minority students that were admitted to the medical school,

Davis School of Medicine at the University of California.

His GPA was comparable to everyone who was admitted.

And his interview, they do an interview as well, came out very favorable.

So this guy had all the check the boxes to be admitted and above the minority

students who were admitted was a white male in his 30s.

And when he wasn't admitted, a second time, he sued.

And it turned out that the university's excuse for why he hadn't been admitted,

was he was too old because they couldn't admit it was because he was too white.

But what's the purpose of having more black students?
