closing arguments underway in the Hunteriden gun drug case that likely means that the jury will either get the case today

or they'll go ahead and allow them to come back tomorrow and begin deliberations, which means sometime this week.

There will be a verdict, I would imagine, on the Hunter-Biden gun case and we will see whether anybody is willing to basically be a jury nullify her

because otherwise there is no justification. I mean beyond a reasonable doubt he was a drug addict who bought a gun, right?

The facts are not in dispute. He was a drug addict. He bought a gun. He clicked the form. I've done this many times. I mean, way where you click a form it says are you a

drug addict or not under penalty of perjury he click no he lied that's perjury this

is yes this is as open and shut as anything could be.

And so the question will be, and it will be interesting to see exactly how it all shakes out.

Is there a group of jurors in Delaware who are willing to find Hunter Biden guilty of anything.

The only way that I see this not playing out with a guilty verdict is if there is a diehard

Democrat Biden supporter who managed to get on that jury and votes to

nullify. I would point out this is the argument that I made on the Trump case that

left Wingers lost their mind on the

differences there's actually tons of reasonable doubt about whether or not

Trump was guilty of what he was alleged to have done, there is none here.

Yeah, and also is it even really possible to bring the case that they did against Trump,

given the statute of limitations issues given the
