Howdy? Howdy. I just had an idea for the president's conference on what to do about college football. Yes, sir. If football is going to be

a business instead of an educational charity, why not just take away the tax deduction for gifts to athletic programs?

That's a good idea.

The problem now is, though, that even the athletes are getting tax breaks,

depending on what state they're in.

Most of the southern states have already wiped that out.

I hear what you're saying, but that will not be solved on Friday.

They might start paying property tax on their facilities and that kind of thing.
