I wanted to ask you, when it comes to hiring coaches, and I'm going to take Penn State and use the example here,

do you think they're looking for a coach that can really change the program now,

where you think they might be looking at a coach that could come in and possibly bring now talent with them,

kind of a short-term fix instead of a long-term program fix?

I don't think you can afford to take a long view anymore in college football because there's such fluidity.

So this isn't yesteryear.
