I have to admit, I'm a giant hypocrite. I am. And I want to come clean with my hypocrisy, because on Saturday,

had a nice day with the family, went to Coney Island, which I thought was a lot of fun.

I get back, it's 5 o'clock, eat some dinner.

The kids are now chilling.

They're basically falling asleep because we spent the whole day at Coney Island.

And I say, okay, time to watch some preseason football.

Time to watch some Yankees old timers day.

So I go into my sports coma and I have the giant game on.

And there is no question.

I mean, I would be a complete liar to not say things look good.

I mean, Abdul Carter was on the field for, if I'm not mistaking six plays and impacted three of them.

Against two of them, Dion Dawkins.

Against that fraud, Dion Dawkins.

So, number one, Abdul Carter, brief, look great.

Russell Wilson looked smart. Like, that would be my takeaway. Like, wow, he's not an idiot. He's not Daniel Jones. He's not going to make dumb rookie mistakes. And then you've got your guy, your boy toy himself, Jackson Dart. And you watch him. And again, I'd be lying to not say he didn't look awesome. And so if I am a giant fan, I'd be

thrilled, but that's not what I was thinking. Because in the moment, all I could think about

was how dopey giant fans are for getting so excited. All I could think about is Tommy's stupid

face, Sean's stupid face, the tweets I'd see from Chris Bisignano, and all the giant guys, even Carl Banks, who I love,

oh, it's great.

And I'm like, come on, losers, it's the preseason.

And so that was my thought.
