And I want to start with the after effects of this NCAA ruling,

essentially saying it's okay to do what everybody already thought it was

okay to do and that was pay out NIL money, good afternoon.

Well Paul, what that rule did is it just basically put everybody on an equal playing field because you had some coaches that were doing it anyway, but you have a few guys that are trying to play by what the rules were and now they've taken the gloves completely off so now it's an opportunity for everybody to get really active in the NIL space.

So if you're one of those coaches how does it affect what you do now that nobody is going to stop here?

Well you have to get active with your collective. You have to decide who's going to get paid what, how much they're going to get paid, and what kind of scale are you going to use.

It's very similar to an NFL model.

You have to have some type of structure.

How much money are you going to put forth

from your collective for the offensive line?

How bad do you need a quarterback?

What does the defensive line get?
