We need to tee off here at the region's tradition.

That was a pretty smooth swing for what almost everybody where I live

considers the best coach in college football as we say hello to coach smart.

These are days that are few and far between for a coach, but you always seem to enjoy it when

you get out here.

I do enjoy.

I enjoy coming here. I enjoy the fans. I enjoy Birmingham. It's a special place to me.

So I enjoy playing. This golf course is hard. But outside of that, I enjoy being here.

I'll never forget. I think it was the first year at Georgia. And, I mean, and obviously we all had known you when you were at Alabama those many years,

but it genuinely seemed, it was, I mean, you were in somewhat of a trance, I thought, that day,

because not that it had not already occurred to you, but you were checking all the different boxes of things that you had not done previously.

And it hasn't been that long ago, but a lot of grounds has been plowed.

It has been a lot of water under the bridge and a lot of time passed.

But I've enjoyed every minute of it.
