But dedicate just 15 minutes a day at most to it. So when you're home, you say, all right,

7 o'clock is the time that I'm going to just scroll through this stuff or eight o'clock and just see what happened during the day. Don't keep checking throughout the day and just say, I'm dedicating this 15 minutes to this. And then maybe it'll become a point where you say, I'm not interested anymore because I'm not doing it all day long. And when I get to that 7 o'clock, 8 o'clock, whatever it is,

where you're going to take a look at stuff that you're no longer as interested.
