When new guys join your team and you hear them speak and you get to know them and you learn about their story and it's always fun to figure out, you know, what type of guy you got. And some are very gregarious. Some are more

quiet. And some are just all about ball. Some are all about their brand. And there's so many

new players that the Jets and Giants have drafted that we're going to get to know. And the one guy

that I'm very curious about that I can't quite figure out yet. I mean, I know how unbelievably talented in a physical

specimen he is, but I can't quite get a grip on what type of guy is. Is Arvel Reese. He seems

pretty quiet during these press conferences. He seems like he doesn't want to say a lot. So I'm just,

I'm interested to see how he develops into, you know, a man. He's a man, trust me. But as a professional football player here in New York, because I just, you know, I don't know, like I've seen some of these interviews with some of these other guys. And like, for example, I saw an interview with Sunny Stiles. I mean, Son Stiles looked like he was a five, sounded like a five-year vet in the NFL. Well, I can remember his dad played. Yeah, yeah, I guess that has a lot to do it. He has had, and plus he's got a brother. Sure. And so they've been in this together for the last 20 years. Yeah. So he's been, I would say that to me, and it's one of the reasons why Sunny

Stiles was probably Miffed that he wasn't picked higher than he went to Washington.

But I just think it's because of, you know, they all have egos.

They all want to be picked.

We all want to be picked number one or maybe the, you know, the second overall pick. And there was the whole discussion for the last six weeks about Arvel Reese and David Bailey. And it seems like the Jett had made their decision about David Bailey two months ago. Yeah, and David Bailey is also another guy, you know, listening to him. You know, it's just at all of a reason, but he's just been very quiet. I can't get a read on his personality. Maybe he's just one of these guys. It's just, he's so talented, he's so good, you just tell him where to go, and he does it at a high level. Yeah, he may, like the football IQ on the football field. Is it is Maybe off the charts. And that's the thing.

Lawrence Taylor came in.

He redefined a position.

And I think Bill Belichick and Bill Parles knew what they had, but they didn't really

know what they had until they saw it up close and personal.

It's really like the Islanders and Matthew Schaefer.

True.

Like they knew what they had, but until they saw it against grown men playing hockey,

they were as shocked as everybody was that the first day on the ice, he was ready to go.

So Arvel Reese may be that type of kid.
