what happened today? The federal reserve approved their first interest rate hike

in more than three years. Now why do they do that? They do that because when you

have printed 80% of the money in existence in the course of two years, you're

going to have run away inflation, hyperinflation. I mean, the kind of stuff that

brings down nations, the only way to stem that tide, the only way to slow that

down is to raise interest rates. You can have hyperinflation or you can have

high interest rates. There's not a third choice. They raised the rates today.

They're going to raise them six more times this year. Every time they meet,

they're going to raise the rates. What does that mean? What means couple of

different things? One, it's going to be harder for you and me to get financing on

anything. Interest rates are going to go up. Those historical historically low

interest rates we've been enjoying. Yeah, say goodbye to those. Those are gone now.

It's going to be hard to get a loan on a house, a car. If you're one of these

people, maybe you finance furniture or TVs and not that I would recommend stuff

like that. All that stuff's going to be more and more difficult going forward.
