Debate Day, June 27th, this Thursday that everybody is, at least in terms of news,

focused in on the evening's activities.

Joe Biden going to square off with Donald Trump and we shall see what the

outcome may be. I had mentioned though a few moments ago something else in the background

that has a lot of people on the edge of their seats. Well, kind of.

Is the Supreme Court decision on presidential immunity?

Clay, the court will be convening on Monday, July 1st, for a public non-argument session at 10 a.m.

The court may announce opinions then. So people are saying

court's going to be in session next week, Supreme Court, which means probably not going to drop

this thing tomorrow. It's probably coming next week before the Fourth of July holiday. Now,

just so everyone knows, right now at MSNBC, they're focused on telling you that trump is a threat to democracy

but they will soon switch to the supreme court is doing trump's dirty work by delaying the decision

and the decision is very likely to be somewhat favorable to uh donald, or rather they'll in part at least agree with

the argument that a president in his presidential duties has some immunity from prosecution,

which that's really common sense. It goes to important constitutional questions, but a president

can't do his job if making the wrong decision as president,

making it in good faith as president can result in criminal prosecution afterwards.

We don't want a situation like, you see what happened in Honduras, Clay?
