And the lawsuits, many times they don't reverse the consolidation.

What they do is actually just slow down what is an inevitable economic pattern.

I mean, just look at radio stations, for example.

Many were absorbed.

And now you have these major companies all operating multiple radio

stations, and people often say, well, that doesn't serve the public.

That's true.

But these businesses also want to make money, and the only way they see forward is to do

some consolidation and have

they say that a lot of those people are just going to be

transitioning to different jobs and they're going to be restaffing and still fulfilling their

anyway. But at this point, if this merger were allowed to go through, we're not talking about

a merger or consolidation
