Legally? We know it's here. We've seen the report. Are we getting marijuana here in Indiana legally?

We've seen the reports that Hoosier spend a lot of money on marijuana and just go to other states to do it.

Now there's somebody who's going to be proposing legislation next year that would legalize medical marijuana, not rec, just medicinal.

I think, okay, what's shocking about this story here is the person who is going to be

authoring the bill is State Senator Mike Bohatchek.

Yes.

Now you may remember State Senator Mike Bohocchick from such things as, I don't know, the 25,

2025 OWI that he got while the legislators were in session, he was able to claim legislative

immunity per the state constitution so that he

didn't have to be arrested, didn't have to be booked.

The Republican Party in the state of Indiana helped him cover it up and keep it quiet

until the session was over and then they released it.

This is the person that the Republicans have tapped to write the upcoming bill

to potentially legalize medical marijuana in the state of Indiana.
