This is National Works Zone Awareness Week.

I'm a victim of being ran over by a semi-while flagging.

The person wasn't paying attention, and they hit me with their vehicle.

I've seen an accident where we were the first people to walk up, and that picture will never leave my mind.

I've seen the people get hit before.

It's been horrible.

Construction zones on roadways and bridges are more than just cones and equipment.

They're the workplace for thousands of dedicated union laborers. Everybody has a family that they need to get back home to, so please just pay attention to us out here while we're working. We all have family, and I know it's a pain in the ass. We're trying to make the roads better for y'all. We're doing this for everyone. We're hardworking Hoosiers, just like you, and we all want to make it home safely. People would just take a couple seconds to pay attention. Be aware where we're at, where the cone zones are at. Secretary, John Fallon, who's departing the administration, actually the departed. He's already gone.

He served his role for over just a year. The Pentagon made the announcement yesterday.

Fox News reported that the Navy Secretary was fired. He was let go. And this marks the

34th military officer that Pete Hegeseth has fired since taking over the agency. Now, Cabinet

churn, that's a hallmark of a lot of different administrations, especially those that are

under pressure, i.e. Iran. But you're going to of a lot of different administrations, especially those that are under pressure,

i.e. Iran. But you're going to hear a lot of people frame this as instability, when in fact,

it could be framed as just having high standards. Eisenhower fired generals when they were needed.

Truman fired MacArthur. So this is just another one in that vein.
