And I am a father of two happily married, living in Jersey, born and bred, left for a couple of years, went down south.

I'm back. But I may go back down south again. What am I doing here anyway? It's going to be a monsoon on Christmas Eve.

satisfied with one at this point, kind of a permanent 84 and sunny Aruba kind of thing.

Since you can work from anywhere now, that's what we've learned, right, during this whole pandemic is that, well, you used to have to live somewhere near the city if you wanted the good job in the city. It's a media capital world, so that's primarily why I'm here. But now you're learning more and more that you can do anything from anywhere. You know how they call Joe Biden, Joe in his basement? I'm Joe in his basement. Literally,

right now. It flooded earlier this year. My car also got stolen in 2020, and of course there was a

pandemic. But besides that, it's been one hell of a year. But the point is that if you could now

work from, let's say Montana, big sky country, and you could do a New York job in Montana, or

why wouldn't you do it why wouldn't you get the hell out of here it's overcrowded new york is not

what it used to be it's not even close it's lost its character its character. It's lost its soul. It's losing its restaurants. A thousand of them already. It's just not the same place. So somebody who's important in my life, let's put it that way, as far as they may or may not report to, so to speak, on some level. He got out of here. He went down to Florida, and he never looked back.

He's where they have the breakers. Is that Palm Springs or Palm Beach? I always get the two confused. I think it's Palm Beach. And he's like, yeah, I will never, ever move back. And this is like a lifelong New Yorker kind of guy. Tom Brady, same thing. lived in New England for 20 years won six Super Bowls, went to nine Super Bowls.
