Denise Clark. She is the district attorney for Bronx County. She is the person who decided,

or at least her office did, but ultimately she's the one in charge, that Boo Van Poo, 55, who walks out of a restaurant

after another guy, a guy's just standing there, his back is turned, and his boo van

poo decides to co-cock him from behind, right? And you say, all right, well, you know, the guy's got

a little black guy, you know, he'll live, no big deal. The victim is currently, and his name is

Jesus Cortez, right, is currently in the hospital, in a coma with brain damage, all right? Because

he hit the sidewalk so hard as Joe Bartlett was just explaining to you in the news.

Okay.

And this district attorney said, you know what?

We're going to allow this person back onto the street.

We're going to lower the charge.

And this bears repeating.

I know I talked about the last an hour, but I've never been quite this angry before

considering that this keeps happening in this once great city.
