Now, this is the zombie zone when it comes to legislation.

This is when things get weird.

Near the end of the year around the Christmas time,

everything that is controversial gets done now.

And in New Jersey right now, you're watching this happening.

This is the lame duck session because they have off-year elections.

And in the lame duck session, that's when they try to do everything that may come back to haunt them,

because now they can try to withstand it for a next couple of

years. It'll happen in Congress, by the way, at the end of 2020. Right at the end of the year,

around Christmas time, oh, that's also when all the dirty deals get done. I mean, if you are a

corporation that gave a lot of money to a congressman or a senator and you want a tax break, that's when it gets done during the lame duck session.

Nobody ever talks about it.

Nobody ever sees it.

That's when it gets done.

And so in New Jersey, they have a slew of these controversial bills that are coming up one after another.
