And I know you're going to want to talk about this because I know everybody's been talking about it, and I have it. 1-800-3-2-1-0-7-10. 1-800-3-2-1-7-10. I've stayed away from the Nancy Pelosi story, and I know nobody else has. It was a gotcha. At the time, I thought,

it's not that big of a deal. I know it says a lot about her. I just thought there were other

bigger issues. Not anymore. And I'll make an admission that probably won't go over well with the

WOR audience,

because I think most of you probably have a disdain for Nancy Pelosi.

I don't, or at least I didn't.

Even though I disagree with her vehemently

with the Speaker of the House, Nancy Pelosi,

I've always respected her. She's tough politically.

She's savvy. She's a savvy woman who achieved things that no other woman has achieved.

And believe it or not, I think she used to be saner. But I've lost respect for her now in Salon Gate. I know I didn't deal with this yesterday

when I filled in because I, again, I thought it was a small gotcha. I know people thought

there's bigger issues there. This is a sign of bigger issues. And I agree with you now. I didn't at the time.

Because instead of just saying I'm sorry, instead of saying, you know what, she could have used it to take a stance. You know what? Salons should all open. You all should be able to get your hair done.

Instead of reaching out and talking to the salon owner, instead of taking responsibility,

which we expect from our leaders, and showing some courage of conviction, she did this instead.
