He joins us now in the Emerald Queen Casino Sportsbook Hotline. Jordan, how's it going? Hey, guys. Happy Wednesday. Good to see you. We're happy to have you. I wish that we could be talking about a couple wins, but that's okay. We've been telling people it's early. In fact, we're live at T-Mobile. The roof is up. It's rainy and gross out. It's kind of a

reminder for me that it's very much still early spring and still April. That being said, Jordan,

we do have some people going, oh, I still 25 games into the season. A lot of players for the Mariners

aren't meeting expectation. When do you start kind of getting

out an actual measuring stick and going, okay, now these matter a little bit more. Now I'm getting

concerned. Yeah, it's interesting. I think that we have spent a lot of time on our podcast and just

in our coverage talking about some teams in much more dire straits.

And that is both because of the records that they have, but also the divisions that they're in.

And the Mariners have the benefit right now of a division that credit to the A's,

who are clearly like a completely competent team that is flawed just like everybody else in the

AOL West. But every other team that's struggling, whether it's the Red Sox or the Royals or,

I mean, even the Astros, although they, you know, have what we're about to talk about, but

certainly the Mets and Phillies and even teams like the Giants, you're looking up at the top of your

division of being like, oh my God, this is getting away from us quickly. And so I think that in terms of the concern level, until those standings really start to look ugly, I don't think there's really that much to worry about. But yeah, I mean, a month in, you would certainly like to have more of your best players playing better. We've seen starting starting to see some glimpses Cal's had a couple big swings over the last week which

has been nice to see but yeah on the whole I there's still obviously nowhere near where I think

they expect them themselves to be you seen anything different with a cow's approach yeah I don't

know I think again he's still someone that you know there's going to be swing and miss there. I think it would be good to still see him start taking some more walks. To see him get on the board right handed, I think was really encouraging. That was, of course, such a big part of his story last season was just how much more power he added from the right side of the plate.
