is they'll hire a head coach.

Joe could be a part of like, hey, you should interview this guy, I should interview that guy.

But ultimately, Tish and Mara make the call.

And then that guy who's now been empowered as giant head coach can say, yeah, I'm done with you.

I mean, it's becoming more the norm because if you don't have a great working relationship

between the head coach and the general manager. Things can get

dicey. It kind of feels unsaid that that was what was going on this season with the Giants.
