Joe Shane's going to be a part of it and I understand the continuity factor but if you are so

upset with the way things have gone because the team stinks and you're in another year we've

gone two and seven two and eight and you're in another year we've gone 2-1-7, 2-8,

and you fire the head coach in the middle of the season.

That's how upset you are with the performance of this team.

How do you tell the general manager that's still here,

who has been overseeing all of this,

who also on hard knocks was essentially ridiculed throughout the entire

league of the way that he handled that offseason. How are you just so confident in having him

select the next head coach and lead the search? I mean, you know, I would say in that statement,

Brian Daibald's gone, you know, and we're going to evaluate the rest of the staff the rest of the year. Why did they have to stamp Joe Shane yesterday? I mean, there's not enough there. I'm sorry. And I, I really, when I say, I'm not, I'm not trying to do the, the mad dog thing where he's like, listen, we love the guy, but that guy is an idiot.

You know, where he always, like, qualifies it with like, I love you, but you are the dumbest son of a gun I've ever seen in my life. But I really do like both of these guys. I think that they work hard. I think they're smart. I think that they're good guys and football. All of that. but I don't dislike any of them and I don't think that they're idiots.
